We are a small (owner operated) business, located in Portland Maine. Our product assortment focus is on small makers, be they local artists from Maine or elsewhere in the United States. Fun-fact; 98% of the brands we carry are women owned. We also offer Fair Trade products, as well as a selection of nationally / internationally recognized brands and chocolate, biscuits, crisps etc imported from Ireland and the United Kingdom. We offer custom options, and specialize in creating custom gift basket / gift box / care package gifts for individuals, corporate gifting and also for specific professional gifting occasions, such as; Home Closing Gifts for Realtor / Mortgage Broker clients.
We carefully curate every single item in-store / online and especially love to share details with you about the artist / maker / brand as we believe it is important to feel a connection to the items you choose for yourself, or to gift to loved ones.

Online Exchange / Return: just as in-store, online purchases are eligible for exchange / return within 10 days of receipt of goods (or 11-30 days receipt of goods for store credit). Shipping of return items(s) is at expense of customer initiating return.
We offer in-store (and curbside) pick-up in addition to free local delivery within a five mile radius of our business address. We do our absolute best to process (and deliver) in a timely manner. Please note, "we" is currently one person who when necessary enlists the help of family members during high volume business times. Usually, local delivery occurs outside of store hours.

We carefully package and ship purchases within the United States, via USPS / UPS. Generally shipments are processed with 72 hours, although there are times when due to high volume of business or back-order status of items order processing can be impacted. We will always communicate potential delays to you so you can stay fully informed and make any possible changes to your order accordingly.
Once a shipping label has been created, an email is sent to original purchaser 's email address (including USPS / UPS tracking info when applicable). If you are awaiting a shipping confirmation email, and believe you ought to have received one don't hesitate to reach out to us at anytime.
